TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions are crucial; please review them carefully. By purchasing a ticket and entering the Site, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. Any breach may result in pass cancellation, refusal of admission, or removal from the venue.

  • Entry to the Festival is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the Site.

  • Tickets are transferable at the discretion of the Promoter. Resale for profit by unauthorized parties will render the pass void, and access may be denied.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to change festival performances or other aspects without obligation to exchange tickets.

  • Official wristbands must be worn at all times; failure to do so may result in removal from the Site.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Admission will not be granted without a valid ticket.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct searches for safety purposes.

  • Failure to comply with instructions or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Site.

  • Attendance is at the ticket holder's own risk; the Promoter is not liable for loss or injury. The Site may contain inherent risks, and attendees assume all responsibility.

  • Specific items like glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. Minimize campsite impact by adhering to guidelines on camping equipment.

  • Fire prohibition is in effect throughout the Festival; no naked flames or campfires are allowed.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Only authorized vendors may sell merchandise or provisions on-site; unauthorized trading is prohibited.

  • Commercial reproduction of Festival content is prohibited. Drones are not permitted, and respect for community privacy is expected.

  • Attendees may be captured in Festival recordings for promotional purposes.

  • Except for guide dogs, animals are not permitted on-site.
